I have two one year old Yorkie’s and my groomer left and new one today not a good experience. One is 4 lb black and gold looking to stud him and female is 3 lbs blue cost and scared to breed her, a lot says it’s a risk. Both dogs come from excellent breed lines. First I need a groomer in Tampa Bay Area in Florida. Also, any suggestions on finding right female match for my male. They are both CKC registered.

My baby girl is 6yrs old, weighs aprox 20LBS. Her ears do not point, they just hang due to no strength in her ear muscles. She has a heavy thick curly coat (deffinatly not matted in any way)
I would like to find a nice short hairstyle for her(deffinatly not shaven). She has short legs, but get very miserable, when she cant jump on the bed or run with my other yorkies (one is her twin sister Peanut, but she has straight hair and very pointed ears, the other is my teacup baby Bell, who has fanned out ears so cute) My baby I’m talking about now is Snickers. Do you have any pictures you can send to me for ideas for

Do you know of a groomer in Crystal Lake, Lake in the Hills, IL area who grooms Yorkie? We adopted a beautiful 11yr old but the groomer cut her in chopped layers. My husband almost cried. Thank you.

I, too, need an expert Yorkshire Terrier groomer. My beautiful girl ‘s coat was ruined by a “groomer” who didn’t follow any of my written instructions nor pictures provided. My female yorkie had floor length hair until I needed a cut that would be more easy maintenance. What I got was a hatchet job — so chopped up. Nothing is symetrical or even, especially when comparing one side of her body to the other. So many uneven layers.

I live in southern New Jersey. A referral to someone who can do a corrective cut right now and later make her look like she should have the first place would be so helpful. Close by counties are Camden County and Gloucester County in New Jersey.

Does anyone know of such a person?
